Juliette Rose Frette initially made headlines while a UCLA undergrad, whilst she originally took off her clothes for Playboy Magazine’s October 2005 issue, "Girls of the PAC 10", which was also the first appearance for Playmate of the Year Sara Jean Underwood. In 2006 Juliette Rose Frette appeared in the Playboy Cyber Club as a Coed of the Week and also a Coed of the Month using the name "Juliette Rose".
