Police say Kenna Dimartini is a person of interest in the case. The wife, who does not want to be identified, says $40,000 worth of jewelry was stolen from their home.

The husband was able to point officers to the woman's Web site and give a description. The wife says she plans to file for divorce.

"I'm gonna divorce him, because I can't trust him. He violated every core of marriage and trust," she said.

The husband reportedly found the maid through CraigsList.com and hired her to clean the home while his wife was out of town caring for her sick mother.

It started as an internet rumour but today Oscar winnng actor and part time musician Russell Crowe held a press conference to announce that he was adding a new chapter to his amazing career, that of a MMA fighter.

Russell has had more than enough incidents over the years to document his temper including the now infamous phone throwing debacle in a New York hotel. He also starred in the movie Cinderella Man as boxing champion James Braddock.

Crowe, 42 has secretly been training for the last 6 months to prepare for his latest challenge. He hasn't been by himself though having enlisted the help of famed MMA fighter and big Russell Crowe fan, Fedor Emelianenko, who was present with Crowe at the press conference.

Usually,actors make a career change when their oppurtunities have dried up but Crowe is an A-List Hollywood actor. When asked why he is doing this he said " mate, I love smashing people, it's a great feeling and before I get too old I want to know if I could beat an elite fighter".

Through an interpreter, Emelianenko said Crowe had been a keen student and would do more than hold his own in the MMA. Emelianenko predicted that Crowe would win his first fight.

While being tight lipped about an opponent, it is understood Frank Mir has signed to take on Crowe in the battle. Mirs management team could not be reached for comment.

Officer suspended after video shows him berating teenOfficer Salvatore Rivieri, a 17-year veteran of the city police force, is the subject of an internal-affairs investigation.

A Baltimore police officer was suspended yesterday after a YouTube video surfaced on the Internet showing him berating and manhandling a teenage skateboarder at the Inner Harbor.

On the video, the officer, Salvatore Rivieri, puts the boy in a headlock, pushes him to the ground, questions his upbringing, threatens to "smack" him and repeatedly accuses the youngster of showing disrespect because the youth refers to the officer as "man" and "dude."

At one point, Rivieri, a 17-year veteran of the force, says:

"Obviously, your parents don't put a foot in your butt quite enough, because you don't understand the meaning of respect. First of all, you better learn how to speak. I'm not 'man.' I'm not 'dude,' I am Officer Rivieri. The sooner you learn that, the longer you are going to live in this world. Because you go around doing this kind of stuff and somebody is going to kill you."

Sterling Clifford, a spokesman for the Baltimore Police Department and the mayor's office, said authorities have begun an internal-affairs investigation.

"The entire incident raised red flags for all of the members of the command staff who watched the video," Clifford said.

He said yesterday afternoon that Mayor Sheila Dixon had not seen the video, which appears to have been shot last summer, but that its contents had been described to her and that she was "very displeased."

"We have invested a lot of time and energy in having better relations between the community and the police," Clifford said. "The bad behavior of one police officer can jeopardize a lot of hard work."

Clifford said Rivieri's suspension entails a transfer to administrative duties with pay.

Reached at home Sunday, Rivieri said he was not aware that the incident had been recorded or posted to a public Web site. He acknowledged having encounters with skateboarders at the Inner Harbor last summer and told a reporter that he would review the video on YouTube.

"These kids, they've got nothing better to do," Rivieri said.

Yesterday, after being suspended, Rivieri said, "I have no comment. Thank you."

Attempts to e-mail the person who posted the video were unsuccessful. Police said they do not know the identity of the youth involved or who shot the video.

Clifford said the department has tried to e-mail, through YouTube, the person who posted the video and is contacting area schools in an attempt to find the boy.

Skateboarding is not permitted in the Inner Harbor.

Paul Blair, head of the police union, had not seen the video but cautioned that videos show only a slice of a story. He noted that it is impossible to know what happened before or after the camera was turned on.

The video came to the attention of the police after a Sun reporter e-mailed the link to the police Sunday morning seeking comment.

The video was posted on YouTube on Saturday but probably was made late last summer, according to the Police Department.

The 3 1/2 -minute video shows Rivieri walking toward a group of boys, one of whom is holding a skateboard. The boy says he did not hear an order that the officer had given him before the video starts.

"Take the earplugs out of your ears. Can you hear me now? Hey, I'm talking to you. Can you hear me?" Rivieri says.

Rivieri tells the boy he is not allowed to use his skateboard.

"OK, I didn't hear you," the boy says.

"Don't get defensive with me," Rivieri says. "You backed off me. I'm not your father. You hear me. I'm not your father. You give that attitude to your father. You give it to me and I'll smack you."

One boy says, "I don't have a father."

"Shut your mouth, I'm talking," Rivieri says.

One boy repeatedly uses the word dude when addressing Rivieri, and the word becomes a point of contention.

"Sit down. I'm not a dude," Rivieri says. He then pushes a boy to the ground and walks away with his skateboard.

"Dude, don't take my skateboard. I didn't do anything, dude," the boy says.

Rivieri replies: "If you call me dude one more time. ... Are you from the county or something?"

The officer's tone becomes increasingly harsh.

The boy, who says on the video that he is 14, says he wants to call his mother, and later the officer asks to speak with her. It is unclear whether that conversation took place.

The person who made the video does not talk and is never identified, though at one point Rivieri addresses the person with the camera, saying, "You got that camera on? If I find myself on ... " The video cuts off before Rivieri finishes his sentence.

Clifford said the boy never made an official complaint to the Police Department and that Rivieri has no other citizen complaints in his file.

The King of Pop, AKA Wacko Jacko will make a surprise comeback in TV advertisements during the Super Bowl this weekend to promote the 25th anniversary of THRILLER. Michael Jackson is to be honoured in a Pepsi commercial, based on the ghoulish Thriller video, which will air during the showdown game between the New England Patriots and the New York Giants on Sunday Feb 3, 2008. The move is a marketing ploy to promote a special anniversary version of the Thriller album - and will be followed by a "major TV, radio, online and outdoor advertising campaign", reports the New York Post.

PepsiCo has refused to acknowledge collaborating with The Gloved One on the super-secret project. There was no immediate comment from a Jackson spokeswoman.
It's likely the covers of the anniversary edition of the album - called "Thriller 25" - which feature photographs of a much younger Jackson with a much darker complexion and a different facial structure, will be seen on billboards around the country.

The official Jackson Web site has been completely redone to resemble a one-stop shop for all things Jacko. Links to the social-networking Web sites MySpace and Facebook are new. Lucrative ringtones have been created for all of the songs from the original album as well as for all the remixes and previously unreleased tracks.
Michael Jackson is also rumoured to be among the stars appearing at the Grammy Awards on February 8th alongside Akon, will.i.am and Fergie who also accompany him on remixed or new versions of "Thriller" album tracks.

How does Shaquille O'Neal spend his money? Does Shaq spend $110,000 a month, including $24,300 on gas?? "Extra" got their hands on an affidavit in his divorce proceeding and according to the document he does! Here are some of his other expenditures:

$22,000 on maid service
$17,000 on clothes
$110,000 on vacations
$12,775 on food
$6,730 on dry cleaning
$1500 on cable?
$26,500 for babysitting

Let me state again, those are MONTHLY expenses. Thats a lot of eating, watching tv and wearing of clothes. His monthly income is close to $2 million.

I admit I was a little puzzled by the monthly expense at the gas station--$23,000. That works out to about 6,000 gallons of gas, or about 200 gallons a day. He must have more Hummers than Gov. Schwarzenegger.

But the figure that really boggled my mind was his monthly cable bill, which came to $1,500. What on earth could you watch to generate a tab like that? Even if you watch adult fare, you'd have to see about five hours a day every single day of the month. If you miss one day, you'd have to see 10 hours the next. Even professional athletes don't have enough energy to justify that kind of expenditure.

So what is Shaq watching for $1,500 a month? I know that HD costs a little more and you get dinged for extra boxes for each TV set. Still, you'd have to get every cable package known to mankind, including programs in Armenian and Chinese, to even start to approach a monthly cable bill like that.

I hope that, in the future, "Extra" can dig a little more and find out what Shaq watches that adds up to a cable bill like that. Regardless, that's got to go down as a record nobody will break for a long time.

Yep, Spears is pregnant. But it's not the Spears that you would think would be pregnant. It's Britney's little sister Jamie Lynn Spears. I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the trailer. Ex-Scores waitress files harass suit

How to strike it rich at Scores: Pleasure the boss for money, don't be afraid to show off your assets and act like a "dumb blond."

At least that's what Francis Vargas, a former waitress at the famed Manhattan strip club, says in her harassment suit against the topless joint.

The suit charges that Scores managers repeatedly smacked Vargas on her rear end and accuses a manager identified only as Sammy of inviting her to give him oral sex for $500 if she wasn't happy with the money she was making.

"It doesn't matter if it's a strip club; the law is still the law," said lawyer Matthew Blit of the firm Levine & Blit. "And the law still applies."

Vargas, who was canned from the flesh palace's W. 27th St. outpost last year, wants to settle the score with Scores in a suit that accuses club managers of getting a little too hands-on with her backside.

The harassment suit alleges that Scores manager Alex Gertz coerced Vargas into posing for sexy shots on HowardStern.com.

The unauthorized pictures of Vargas holding a champagne bottle stayed up on the site from June to November 2006, says the complaint filed in Manhattan Supreme Court.

"She didn't want to be part of these pictures; she was a waitress, not a stripper," Blit said. "But if you look at the site, you would think she was a stripper, because everyone else was in stripperlike poses." A spokeswoman for Scores, which operates another club on E. 60th St., did not return calls.

The suit also alleges that she was instructed by strip club brass to "sell herself" and "take out her boobs more" to rack up better tips. Another time, the suit alleges, a co-worker encouraged Vargas to "keep her mouth shut" and "act like a dumb blond" if she wanted to work among the big tippers.

The suit also charges that Scores managers sometimes referred to Vargas as a "bitch" and a "dumb Dominican."

It sounds like Jessica Simpson is ready to let her girls out and go nude for a Hollywood film. Apparently she believes that baring it all is the best way to earn the respect she so desperately wants of movie execs, even if it disappoints her family, according to Female First. A source revealed:

"Jessica Simpson is in the running for a role that, if she gets it, will put her right on the map in terms of acting. The only hitch is that the script requires a number of quite graphic scenes including a full-frontal nude scene. Jessica is so desperate to land the role and get the industry's respect that she's ready to go against her better judgement, and her family, by agreeing to bare all."

Earlier this year, Papa Joe Simpson forced her to turn down a potentially Oscar-winning role as a porn star and said:

"The last script that came to us was for Jessica to be a porn star. We were promised we would win an Oscar with that. I told them, 'I think we'll just buy a statue of a little man and keep our clothes on.'"

So maybe if Jessica Simpson had decided to strip earlier, she wouldn't have taken on a role in her recent flop 'Blonde Ambition' that went straight to DVD rather than the movie theaters.

Second of all....how could I always be "late" when I could never leave on the first place??? We filmed at MY reality house so that means that I lived in the house with everyone else. I was never allowed to leave....ever...not even to meet up with friends for lunch! That's the way it worked. The producers wanted the contestants and I to be really engaged in each other so they thought it would be best that I never leave or have contact with the outside world! HELLLOOO! Arriving late...pshhhh...my ass! Another funny thing was how they said I never even talk to contestants between takes. Can we say "HA HA HA?" because there were no "TAKES" seeing how it's a reality show. They producers just keep filming us as we go live and then they take all the footage to edit the episodes....so there's not any time for "RE-TAKES" you think all the girlfights and our crying was shot like more than once? I think not, and if that were the case then DAMN....where are our Academy Awards for our fabulous acting skills??? Pfffft!

You know what? People can say whatever they want about me. My whole life I have been judged so that's nothing new to me so I don't feel the need to justify my sexuality to anyone! Fallen "Idol" Offered Cop Fellatio
